Our Approach

Jasmine Consulting LLC has been providing human resource, organizational development services in the Southwest Region since October of 2004. The founder and managing director, Jacqueline Woods has over 20 years of educational experience and 12 years of management experience including senior management and supervisory training.  Holding an undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Jacque serves as the company’s senior business consultant.

Our consulting teams hold advanced degrees in related fields within human resource management, and strives to deliver high quality service to our clients.  Our confidential assessment/audit process includes interviews with senior managers, focus groups, employee surveys, policy and procedures review, internal records, employment data, resources, and staffing processes.
